• Gold medalists in senior pairs at 1999 World Baton Twirling Federation championships in Daytona Beach, Florida . . . Canada placed fourth overall.
• Named Canadian Baton Twirling Federation’s and Saskatchewan Baton Twirling Association’s team-of-the-year in 1999, part of TransCanada team that won bronze at 1998 world championships in Villeurbanne, France.
• Holliday attended eight and Tangjerd attended four world championships.

Air Canada Cup national midget AAA champions . . . placed first in Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League standings with 25-5-2 record, scoring 248 goals and allowing 125. Swept Notre Dame Hounds in league final, won regional qualifying tournament in Deloraine, MB., and advanced to Canadian championship . . . defeated host Thunder Bay Bearcats 4-3 in double overtime to earn berth in final, which they won 7-4 over Calgary North Stars . . . team members were Craig Lumbard, Craig Pho, Darren Wetherill, Bart Cote, Terry Hollinger, Cam Mclellan, Kelly Markwart, Shane Holunga, Jason Martin, Greg Hutchings, Scott Reid, Jason Lutz, Mike Merk, Jamie Splett, Devin Mintz, Kim Perepeluk, Corey Paterson, Darren Wolitski, Roland Duplessis (coach), Dale Vossen (assistant coach), Graham Tuer (manager) and Rob Harrison (trainer).

• Amateur senior team won five provincial championships in its five-year existence, all managed by Jack Farquhar; won Prairie championship in 1932 and was runner-up in 1933, the only years with interprovincial playoffs; lost only one playoff series in five years, a 1936 interprovincial showdown against Edmonton.
• Played exhibition games against Major League stars, including Hall of Famers Lefty Grove, Jimmy Foxx and Bill Dickey.
• Three players were with the team throughout its dynasty: outfielders Johnny Stoyand and Joe Haberman and right-handed pitcher Swain Swainson; four-year players were first baseman/outfielder Jack Campbell, right-handed pitcher Hector McLeod and utility player Art Sihvon; other stars include Aldon Wilkie, Joe Trapp, Bryan Forster, Allan Armstrong, Cliff Hogg, Harold Horeak and Murray Armstrong.
