- began attending University of Regina in 1997; joined CIAU program when developed in 1998-99, becoming Cougars’ first captain and being named Canada West rookie-of-the-year and player-of-the-year; conference’s outstanding player in 2000, 2001
- five-time Canada West all-star and thee-time All-Canadian during five-year career, chosen CIAU player-of-the-year in 2001; team advanced to national championship tournament three times, winning silver medal in 2001; U of R’s all-time scoring leader with 80 goals (including 12 hat-tricks) and 133 points
- inducted into University of Regina’s Sports Hall of Fame in 2011, involved in establishing senior women’s hockey, represented Saskatchewan at senior national championships; coached 2011 Canadian midget AA champs at Athol Murray College of Notre Dame before joining Cougars as an assistant coach
