Both served executive roles with Regina Minor Football while implementing a system of
“12-on, 12-off” to ensure that every team gave playing time to all players
Antonini joined board in 1995, Hamilton in 2000; by 2013 RMF had reinstated its non-profit status, set up an office for organizational purposes and storage of equipment, become financially accountable, made plans to develop players and properly divide teams
while growing in 12 years from 400 players with 110 coaches/manager on 18 teams to 1,612 players with 341 coaches/managers on 42 teams that also came from nearby towns and cities.
Helped get artificial turf into Leibel Field and continued making it a top-notch facility with
grandstands, scoreboard, media booths, concessions and lockers rooms.
