- Long-time president and treasurer of Regina 5-Pin Bowlers Association and Canadian 5-Pin Bowlers Association; helped create Bowling Federation of Saskatchewan.
- Chaired committees hosting bowling events in Saskatchewan; also worked with Special Olympics, Kiwanis Baseball and Optimist Baseball, included serving as coach, executive member and mentoring new volunteers.
- Twice elected to Sask Sport board.
