Member of the Canadian team 2000-17 while winning an unprecedented 19 national sparring titles. Won silver (sparring) and bronze (power breaking) medals at 2002 world junior championships plus bronze (sparring) medals at 2009 and 2017 senior world International Taekwon-Do Federation championships.
In a variety of events and divisions up to black belt and heavyweight, won 27 gold medals in SaskCup events, 22 in Saskatchewan championships, 31 in Western Canadian championships, 26 in Canadian championships and 18 in other international competitions. Attended nine world championships, serving as captain five times, winning three silver and 10 bronze medals.
Named SaskSport’s junior female athlete-of-the-year in 2002.
Taught introductory courses before becoming provincial coach in 2011 , head instructor at Buffalo Plains Taekwon-Do in 2013 and the first female head coach for the Canadian team at the 2015 world championships in Jesolo, Italy.
