- During five junior seasons with Western Hockey League’s Regina Pats (1987-92) set team record for games played with 352.
- Scored 50 and 46 goals last two seasons, plus added 10 goals in eight playoff games in 1990-91; captain during final season; earned laurels as team MVP and most popular player.
- Fourth-round draft of NHL’s Minnesota North Stars in 1992; played in East Coast, American and International hockey leagues and also in Hungary and Austria and England, winning MVP honours in England and ECHL.
