Grey Cup Champion with 2007 and 2013 Saskatchewan Roughriders; undrafted, free agent signee played 11 CFL seasons as a backup running back, gaining 782 yards and scoring 14 touchdowns while contributing 99 special-teams tackles.
Won 1996 city high school championships with Thom Trojans; played junior football with Regina Rams, winning 1998 Prairie Football Conference and Canadian junior championships before Rams affiliated with University of Regina.
Rams advanced to 2000 Vanier Cup by winning Hardy Cup and Atlantic Bowl, where he was game MVP; chosen team’s outstanding player in 2001, second-team all-Canadian in 2002, two- time conference all-star and university’s outstanding male athlete in 2003; graduated as university’s all-time rushing (2,934 yards) and all-purpose yardage (5,667) leader; inducted into U of R Sports Hall of Fame in 2014 and Roughriders Plaza of Honour in 2019.
